Give at least 24 hours' notice when you need to move or cancel a visit. Provide safe access, running water, electricity, and a clear route to the areas requested. Delayed access can shorten the available cleaning time.
Property and service limits
Tell us about fragile surfaces, hazards, pets, or items needing special care before the visit. Fern Hill Cleaning does not accept work that creates an unsafe condition or requires specialist restoration.
